Anti-B7-H3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target B7-H3 is a known alias name of the protein CD276 molecule, encoded by the CD276 gene in humans. This 534-amino acid residue protein is believed to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the B7-H3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
