Anti-Ras homolog family member C antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RHOC in humans. The gene may also be known as ARH9, ARHC, H9, RHOH9, rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoC, and RAS-related homolog 9. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 22 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
