Anti-GPCR antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene GPRC6A, or 'G protein-coupled receptor class C group 6 member A' in humans. The 926-amino acid protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 3 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
