Anti-GLP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GLP is a known alias name of the protein RCC1 and BTB domain containing protein 1, encoded by the RCBTB1 gene in humans. This 531-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in cell cycle regulation by chromatin remodeling. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for GLP antibodies listed below include ELISA.
