Anti-RhoGDI antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RhoGDI antigen is another term for the human protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor alpha, encoded by the ARHGDIA gene. The protein is known to function in the regulation of apoptosis and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 204 residues and a mass of 23.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The RhoGDI protein is a member of the Rho GDI protein family. Other alias names for RhoGDI include GDIA1, HEL-S-47e, and NPHS8. Western Blot is the most common application for the RhoGDI antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
