Anti-Munc13 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Munc13 antigen is another term for the human protein unc-13 homolog B, encoded by the UNC13B gene. The protein is reported to play a role in vesicle maturation during exocytosis as a target of the diacylglycerol second messenger pathway. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1591 residues and a mass of 180.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the kidney cortical epithelial cells and brain. The Munc13 protein is a member of the Unc-13 protein family. Other alias names for Munc13 include UNC13 and Unc13h2. Indicated applications for Munc13 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
