Aim of this research was to detect intensity of Munc13 protein in active zones of Substance P and Lectin positive neurons. This anti-Munc13 antibody was selected because company promised their high specificity. Result shows that Munc13 is not particularly increased in Substance P and Lectin (IB4) positive synapses.
