Anti-ZNF527 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 527. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 609 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF527 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF527 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. These ZNF527 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
