Anti-CD177 molecule antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CD177 in humans. The gene may also be known as NB1, NB1 GP, HNA-2a, HNA2A, CD177 antigen, and NB1 glycoprotein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 46.4 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
