X85, or Dihydrouridine synthase 1-like, is a human gene encoded by DUS1L. It may also be known as: tRNA-dihydrouridine(16/17) synthase [NAD(P)(+)]-like; tRNA-dihydrouridine synthase 1-like; DUS1; PP3111; dihydrouridine synthase 1-like (S. cerevisiae). The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 473 and a mass of 53.2 kDa. X85 is a member of the Dus family, Dus1 subfamily. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Zebrafish, Chicken.
