Anti-5-HT3c1 Antibody Products

Anti-5-HT3c1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the 5-HT3c1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HTR3E gene, which encodes 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3E. This protein is known to function in chemical synaptic transmission and signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of 5-HT3c1 has a canonical amino acid length of 456 residues and a protein mass of 51.4 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the spleen, small intestine, duodenum, bone marrow, and appendix. 5-HT3c1 is a member of the Ligand-gated ion channel (TC 1.A.9) protein family.

  • KRAS Related Products

KRAS is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers, playing a critical role in tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. Mutations such as KRAS G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D are commonly observed in lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, making KRAS a high-value but historically challenging drug target. TargetMol provides KRAS-related products, including a comprehensive range of small-molecule inhibitors, biochemical tools, and research reagents designed to ...

  • Excellent Nuclear-Fraction Marker

I frequently separate nuclear and cytoplasmic compartments to track where signaling proteins and transcription factors localize. I use this Lamin A/C antibody as a nuclear loading/fractionation marker by western blot to confirm clean subcellular separation.
  • KO-validated TSC2 Detection for mTOR Signaling

I study signaling pathways, with a focus on the TSC1/TSC2–mTORC1 axis that controls growth and nutrient sensing. I use this antibody to monitor TSC2 (Tuberin) levels by western blot IN TSC2 KO cells when probing how perturbations affect mTOR pathway activity.
