The kit does a great job in extracting DNA from a variety of samples with the gDNA columns eliminating additional DNAse steps. Extracted RNA has been measured on a NanoDrop machine and demonstrated good quantity and quality. Image attached demonstrates quantity and quality of some extracted samples.
