Results Summary

Here, I used the HSP90 antibody to validate protein levels in lysates collected from murine melanoma tumors. Works wonderfully as a loading control. My only note is that after multiple uses as a primary antibody, images take longer to develop. I have not had this problem with other loading control antibodies.
