The Good
As a compartment marker, this antibody does exactly what is needed: an unambiguous, high-intensity signal in the membrane fraction and complete absence from the other two fractions across eighteen lanes. That clean separation is what makes it possible to interpret the localization of other proteins on parallel blots with confidence. It works at 1:2000, so a vial goes a long way, and it performed well in a milk-based blocking system.
The Bottom Line
Cell Signaling's Na,K-ATPase antibody is an excellent plasma membrane marker for sub-cellular fractionation studies. It gave a strong, membrane-exclusive signal with no cross-fraction background. I recommend it without hesitation.
