Stimulated cells in vitro for collagen production. We stimulated human lung cells for 72 hours and showed upregulation of collagen.

Worked very well for collagen production in vitro. Cells were stimulated with TSLP and TGFB and collagen was evaluated 72 hours post stimulation. Cells showed marked upregulation of collagen.
