We created a construct for the overexpression of UNC93A and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. The FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was easily detected with an anti-FLAG antibody. However, we were unable to identify a corresponding band using the UNC93A antibody, even at a dilution of 1:100. These results indicate that while the overexpression construct is successfully expressed, the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under the conditions used for Western blotting.

We generated an UNC93A overexpression construct and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. While the FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was readily detected using an anti-FLAG antibody, we were unable to detect a corresponding band using the tested UNC93A antibody. These results suggest that the overexpression construct is expressed successfully, but the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under Western blot conditions even at a 1:100 dilution.
