We generated an UNC93A overexpression construct and transiently transfected it into HEK293T cells. While the FLAG-tagged UNC93A protein was readily detected using an anti-FLAG antibody, we were unable to detect a corresponding band using the tested UNC93A antibody. These results suggest that the overexpression construct is expressed successfully, but the antibody does not recognize UNC93A under Western blot conditions even with 1:100 dilution.
