Company:

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Product Name:

VCAM-1 Monoclonal Antibody (1.4C3)

Catalog Number:

MA5-11447

Clone Number:

1.4C3

The VCAM-1 monoclonal antibody was obtained from ThermoFisher Scientific to immunostain VCAM-1 proteins in human endothelial cells. Human primary endothelial cells were grown to full confluence, then growth was arrested and the cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde. Following this, the cells were immunofluorescence-stained with the VCAM-1 monoclonal antibody. The immunostained cells were observed under a fluorescent microscope, and images were captured. Cells stained with control IgG served as a negative control. The choice of antibody from ThermoFisher Scientific was based on information provided in their antibody flyer.
