Fluorescence
This Sox9 antibody worked well to stain mouse astrocytes in the brain by immunofluorescence. It is a highly specific antibody so that we see little background with immunostaining on tissue section.
The staining is strong, with no non-specific binding observed.
It is a polyclonal antibody.
Highly recommended for astrocyte staining in the central nervous system.
