Cell Signaling

Product Name:

Phospho-TBK1/NAK (Ser172) (D52C2) XP ® Rabbit mAb

Catalog Number:

5483S

Clone Number:

In the investigation involving SH-SY5Y cells subjected to beta-amyloid treatment and/or exposure to isolated mitochondria, the reliability and specificity of the pTBK1/NAK antibody (#5483S) were consistently demonstrated. The antibody, at a dilution of 1:1000 in 5% BSA TBST, reliably identified LC3A/B expression across various experimental conditions, showing a significant decrease in the group treated with isolated mitochondria. The Western blot analysis, conducted with an overnight incubation at 4°C followed by a 3-hour room temperature incubation using a secondary antibody diluted at 1:1000, produced distinct and specific bands. This antibody's adaptability in detecting alterations in diverse experimental settings positions it as a valuable asset in neurodegenerative research, particularly in the exploration of the cGAS-STING pathway.
