I regularly use this antibody in my basic immune cell panel to identify CD8a subpopulations within my CD3+ T cells. Especially because it is conjugated to PE, the signal is very bright and clear to distinguish.

Summary

The Good

Bright, and should accessible for most cytometers.

The Bad

Requires titration.

The Bottom Line

For a CD8a anti-mouse antibody, this is a sufficient antibody for your flow cytometry panel. Since it is conjugated to PE, it should be compatible for most cytometers and maintains good signal even when fixed.
