I used this antibody at 1:200 dilution to confirm OCT-4 expression in my iPSC cultures. Worked great and did not have much background. I paired it with a Alexaflour488 goat anti-mouse secondary.

1:200 overnight at 4 degrees
normal goat serum
alexaflour 488 goat anti-mouse 1:250 for 1 hour RT

I got very good signal with this antibody. Very little background and the images came out well. Showed individual cells within my iPSC colony.
Very clear staining
1:200 dilution works best so you use a lot of product at once
I will continue to reach for this antibody anytime I need to confirm OCT-4 expression via ICC in my cells.
