I did a WB analysis of PARP1 loading 15 µg of different whole-cell extracts on a 5% SDS-PAGE. Cell proteins were transferred to a membrane and blocked with BSA or 1h at RT then probed with PARP1 Polyclonal Antibody diluted 1:1000 plus GAPDH at 1:10000 dilution in TBS-T 1X overnight incubation at 4degrees. Then an HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody was used at 1:5000 dilution in TBS-T 1X for 1h30 minutes of incubation at RT. The image has been captured. Good level of resolution band at ~116K Dalton.

1:1000 dilution is the best
Good resolution and specificity.
Less specific compared to monoclonal antibody.
