Results Summary

SH-SY5Y cells treated with beta-amyloid and/or isolated mitochondria, the LC3A/B antibody (#12741S) demonstrated reliability and specificity. The antibody, diluted at 1:1000 in 5% BSA TBST, consistently detected LC3A/B expression, with a notable reduction observed in the group treated with isolated mitochondria.The overnight incubation at 4°C and subsequent 3-hour room temperature incubation with a 1:1000 diluted secondary antibody yielded clear and specific bands during Western blot analysis. The antibody's versatility in detecting changes under different experimental conditions makes it a valuable tool for neurodegenerative research, particularly when exploring autophagy-related processes.
