The Good
Easy-to-perform workflow.
The Bad
Long workflow (over 8 hours) and complex software.
The Bottom Line
This is a great (and ultimately cost-effective) alternative to performing multiple ELISAs in a discovery phase of an experiment. However, the long workflow and difficulties with the machine (including low bead counts for several samples), combined with the high up-front cost may not be worth it for research/non-clinical use.
