Only mix two drops of reagent per mL of solution.
We would always get a crisp blue signal for our cell nuclei. The reagent only needs 5 min of incubation to set the stain. The stained cells last >30 days on 4 degrees.

Very cheap and reliable.
This stain is the best whenever you are interested in doing immunofluorescence, perhaps better than a Hoechst stain. It is also cheap and comes in a very handy dropper-like container.
