I used this antibody to determine the percentage of CD8+ T cells in my expanded T cell population. This antibody generated a good signal with a clear population of this subpopulation, allowing me to quantify CD8 positivity.

Using this antibody, I was able to identify via flow cytometry the percentage of CD8 T cells present in my T cell product. The signal was clear and distinct from other subpopulations and I was able to confidently define CD8 positivity.
