I used this to determine the effectiveness of our T cell product when reintroduced to original tumor cells. This kit was very easy to use and came precoated with INF-y antibody. The protocol instructions were easy to follow and cut our ELISPOT testing time in half.

We tested in duplicate to ensure repeatability. We also co-cultured each well with different concentrations of our T cells and tumor cells to see which ratio was best
