Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Colorimetric

Starting Material

Cell lysate

Tips

Depending on the cells and their seeding density dilute the sample to get the concentration in the range of the standard curve.

Results Summary

Samples containing high quantity of protein showed dark purple color visually. All samples showed the absorbance in the range of BSA standard absorbance when read at 595 nm in spectrophotometer.
