1:1000 in 1% BSA, Overnight at 4°C
5% BSA in Tris-buffered Saline Tween-20
1:10000 HRP-conjugated anti-Mouse IgG, 1 hour at RT.
ECL detection in documentation system (Vilber Lourmat).
HSP60 works as a good mitochondrial loading control in SDS-page Western blots as well as native gel blots. The antibody gives a single clean band for the protein.
