1:10000 HRP-conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG, 1 hour at RT.
ECL detection in documentation system (Vilber Lourmat).
This antibody can bind to Ndufs1 subunit even when it is present in complex form and interacting with other proteins as seen in the native gel Western blot.
