The present experiment aimed to measure the CD38 protein levels in the human primary cell line. For this cells in log phage were exposed to growth factor and incubated for 48 hrs. After incubation, the cells were lysed, protein extract was prepared, and an equal amount of protein was resolved in 10% SDS-PAGE. The resolved proteins were then immunoblotted with CD38 antibody obtained from Abcam. The Selection of the primary antibody from Abcam was based on information provided by the manufacturer.

Enhanced chemiluminescent detection in X-Ray films.
The antibody has detected a very strong and intense band of CD38 protein at nearly 38 kDa molecular weight. No other non-specific protein was observed.
