I wanted to stain the expression of CD8 on the surface of peripheral T cells, therefore I stained human PBMCs in serial dilutions from 1:25, 1:50, 1:100, 1:200, 1:400, and 1:800 respectively from left to right as seen in the image attached.

The staining with this antibody is ridiculously consistent across all dilutions that I had to test it again, to the exact same result. 1:800 is a great dilution.
