ECL detection in documentation system (Vilber Lourmat).

Results Summary

Actin is a cytoskeletal protein. It does not solubilize in mild detergent containing lysis buffers and so is part of the insoluble fraction. It acts as good loading control for total and insoluble protein fractions.
