Product Name:

Human IL-12 Antibody

Catalog Number:

AF-219-NA

Clone Number:

Polyclonal

We performed in vitro T helper polarization assays using human CD4+ T cells. We utilized this anti-human IL-12 antibody, along with an anti-human IFNg antibody, to prevent unwanted Th1 polarization in our Th2 culture conditions. Our Th2 polarizations were a success, with minimal contamination with unwanted Th1 cells.

Detection

IFNg AlphaLISA

Results Summary

This anti-human IL-12 antibody was able to prevent unwanted Th1 polarization in Th2-promoting conditions. We confirmed the absence of Th1 contamination in our Th2 cultures using flow cytometry and IFNg AlphaLISA assays. The Th2 cultures produced IL-5 but not IFNg, as expected.
