I used this antibody to check the effect of three different shRNAs targeting YAP1 in colorectal cancer cell lines HCT116. It detects a very clear band at around 70KDa.

Amersham ECL used and Chemiluminescence recorded using a ChemiDoc Imaging System.
I used three different shRNAs that target YAP1 and selected stable clones with puromycin. 40ug of protein was used for western blot analysis of YAP1 expression. A clear band at ~70 KDa was detected and decreased expression in the YAP1 shRNAs cells were noted.
