I used Click-iT plus EdU imaging kits to determine proliferation in human cancer cells. It works very well and is easy to handle.
Human cancer cells
Incubate for 4 hours.
Human cancer cells were incubated with dye for 4 hour before fixation. The results turned very good. Merged images with DAPI (blue).
