I used a Chloroquine diphosphate salt from Sigma-Aldrich to block autophagosome degradation. I found this one which we purchased in 2010, it is still working very well.
Fibroblasts
I used 10 uM chloroquine for 15 hours.
The cells with chloroquine treatment showed significantly higher LC3-II expression compared to cells without any treatment.
