Highly corrosive and volatile so necessary precautions must be taken.

Results Summary

Since we needed to generate a polypeptide we had to remove the protective Boc group. Equivalents= 5, Ratio solvent:TFA 1:1. At the end of the reaction don't remove it under vacuum since is highly corrosive, you can easily remove it using N2/air flow.
