Results Summary

Detection of the anti-GAPDH monoclonal rabbit Ab usually results in clear bands without any unspecific background at a size of about 37 kDa. The bands are used as a protein loading control or subsequent densitometry.

Can be used at a concentration as low as 1:5000 and be stored for several weeks at -20°C without any noticable quality loss. Antibody solution can be re-used multiple times.

I can warmly recommend this antibody to anybody who needs a functioning loading control for their Western Blot analysing whole cell lysates. Although we never tested the antibody for any other application we are very satisfied with the quality of result and ease of optimization.
