This NSE antibody is working on cat tissues very well. But not so good on canine tissues. I got weak results on dog tissues.

Antibody is giving great signalling. No background staining, No nonspecific staining. Strong specific signalling. I'm using it neuro-endocrine tumour suspected feline tumours. It is useful also for embryogenesis work. Image legend: strong positivity on Auerbach plexuses and intramuscular nerves (arrows) on feline intestine.

Easy to use and good for feline tissues. less background.
Weak staining on canine tissues.
The antibody that I use was RTU. So with concentrate one maybe higher dilution can use for other species.
