I used this to measure the levels of CD10. This protein is also known by NEP-1 and is an Amyloid-beta degrading enzyme. I used this to determine if my treatment change CD10 levels.

This allowed me to show that after treatment, my cells had increased levels of CD10. This is consistent with literature. The bands are faint though.
