I used this product for staining of lysosomes on A549, MRC5 and SHSY5Y cells. I used a dilution factor of 1:1000 after vendor's recommended suspension in serum free medium for 10 minutes in the incubator. Cells were then fixed and imaged. Excellent staining. Recommended.
