We use it mainly in HEK293 and COS7 cells. So far, there were no problems at all, the binding is very strong and the bands are really intense. 2 hours incubation in R.T. works great. There was no unspecific binding.

Results Summary

The antibody has a really really good binding and very high specificity. After 100+ western blots, I still use the same aliquot (stored at +4 degrees) and there is still no decrease in binding or specificity. Also, 2 hours incubation at R.T. is more than enough. Please note that the antibody is diluted in TBS without any blocking agent. Only blocked before the incubation with 4% BSA.

Very good specificity and binding, no problems in long term usage.

Very hard to strip it with mild buffer because of very strong binding.

I recommend this high quality antibody (which is one of the must antibodies in WB) everyone.
