I use this kit to quantify protein lysates from mainly 24, 12 and 6-well plates. We have been using it for 2 years, and so far the standard values were quite stable. It is easy to measure in 96-well plates. Also, I do believe it has a long shelf life.

I recommend incubation for 1.5h at 37 degrees celsius

Results Summary

I use the kit almost everyday and so far there were no problems. It has a long shelf life. Standard values are similar in every use, so the results are quite consistent. We dilute our samples 1:100 and it gives nice absorbance values even around 10ug/mL.
