Results Summary

This kit is run in the same way as the standard Pierce BCA. However, after plating only a 5 minute incubation at room temperature is needed instead of 30 minutes at 37C. It is highly convenient to perform the entire assay in under 10 minutes without need for an incubator. This kit performs with the same reliability.
