PFA (15 min RT) + FoxP3 Fix/Perm kit (30 min 4C), then intracellular stain in 100uL perm buffer for 1hr at RT
Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometry
Despite being sold at an unusually low concentration for flow cytometry antibodies, this antibody stains post aire thymic M cells reasonably well. Requires some titration to optimize staining due to its low initial concentration though.
Good detection of a rare cell population.
Very low starting concentration.
A good antibody for mTEC spectral FC.
