Thioredoxin-2 is a mitochondrial protein, encodes for TXN2 gene on chromosome 22. Trx2 is a multifunctional redox-active proteins present inside the nucleus. It plays a crucial role in the regulation of the mitochondrial membrane potential and in protection against oxidant-induced apoptosis. Here we checked the time course effect of Trx2 by chemoattractant.
