In our study we applied CRISPR/Cas9 approaches to knockout several alleles in cell lines (immortalized B cells, HEK293). To facilitate PCR amplification before sequencing we isolated clean gDNA form the cells. This kit is very fast and provides very clean genomic DNA with the advantage of small volume elution.

Very useful kit for fast and efficient of genomic DNA isolation. We confirmed the quality and yield of DNA by agarose gel. The small elution volume is a plus compared with other suppliers and it is even more appreciated when dealing with small starting material.
