Antibodies are produced by plasma cells (PC) that are terminally differentiated B cells and play crucial roles in host protection against infections but are considered to mediate autoimmunity in patients with rheumatic diseases, such as systemic lupus (SLE) or rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Our research aims at understanding the biology of B cells and antibody-secreting cells (ASC) in health and disease, but in this experiment we are titrating an anti-CD3. Sometimes we need to stain T cells.

Results Summary

Within lymphocytes and singlets gate, we can stain CD3 T cells. The histograms represent the several dilutions of antibody used in this titration according to the legend. The best dilutions is 1/100, at 1/200 we can already observe a distinct population.
